The Game Monsters - Welcome!

As of June 1, 2010 Game Monsters had merged its services with Primary Target. Both companies have a long history in the GSP industry and both are known for their superior service coupled with very cost effective pricing so this merging should provide an even better experience for all of our customers.

We have put together a list of FAQ about the move and the transition below and if you have anymore questions beyond these, we will be more than happy to answer them for you. If I have already prepaid for service, will my price change before my term is up?

-No we will be honoring your current service period paid. FYI feel free to take advantage of us here and prepay for service for 1 year and you can lock in your pricing for that term.
Will my server change?

- There are a few locations we will be moving. Chicago and Australia. PT's location in Chicago runs off 100Mb of dedicated bandwidth and the smallest servers Quad Cores with minimum of 8GB of RAM. As for Australia, PT has servers in Sydney and Brisbane. The smallest server in Sydney is a dual quad core with 16GB of ram and is ready to go.
Where does PT have servers?

-If you go to our main page here (www.primarytarget.com) and scroll to the bottom, you will see a list of server locations along with a list of demo game servers.
Can I move to a different location?

-If you like a different location better than the location you are in now, just let us know and we will be more than happy to move you as long as space permits.
Does PT offer services that TGM did not?

-We do offer games that TGM did not such as America's Army one of our personal favorites, Unreal. We do also offer 1000FPS CSS in some locations. Also we are an EA RSP, so we are currently running Beta servers for the new Medal of Honor due out in October.
